Returns & Exchanges Guidelines
- Time Frame: Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.
- Condition: Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation email is required for all returns and exchanges.
- Exclusions: Certain goods are not eligible for return, including:
- Perishable items
- Custom-made products
- Sale items
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Some health and personal care items
Additional Exclusions for Australia:
- Damage caused by the customer
- Opened or used items with obvious defects upon opening
Return Process
- Initiation: Contact us at helpdesk@huboftechgear.com or through our chatbot to start the return process. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Packaging: Securely pack your item in its original packaging, if possible.
- Shipping:
- The customer covers return shipping costs, except in cases of faulty or incorrectly described items, where we will cover the costs (Australia and New Zealand only).
- International customers should check local customs for any potential duties or taxes. We are not responsible for these fees.
- Return Address: Ship the item to the provided address with the RMA label. Use a trackable shipping method for your protection.
Refunds
- Upon receiving and inspecting your item, we will inform you of the refund decision.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 45 business days.
- Note: Refund processing times may vary by payment provider.
Partial Refunds: Issued for items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error, or items returned beyond the 30-day window.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- Check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company and bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If after this you have not received your refund, please contact us at helpdesk@huboftechgear.com.
Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale.
Exchanges: We replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email helpdesk@huboftechgear.com.
Australian Consumer Law (ACL): We adhere to ACL provisions for faulty, incorrectly described, or unsafe goods, offering appropriate remedies.
