Returns & Exchanges Guidelines

  • Time Frame: Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.
  • Condition: Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation email is required for all returns and exchanges.
  • Exclusions: Certain goods are not eligible for return, including:
    • Perishable items
    • Custom-made products
    • Sale items
    • Intimate or sanitary goods
    • Hazardous materials
    • Flammable liquids or gases
    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software
    • Some health and personal care items

Additional Exclusions for Australia:

  • Damage caused by the customer
  • Opened or used items with obvious defects upon opening

Return Process

  1. Initiation: Contact us at helpdesk@huboftechgear.com or through our chatbot to start the return process. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  2. Packaging: Securely pack your item in its original packaging, if possible.
  3. Shipping:
    • The customer covers return shipping costs, except in cases of faulty or incorrectly described items, where we will cover the costs (Australia and New Zealand only).
    • International customers should check local customs for any potential duties or taxes. We are not responsible for these fees.
  4. Return Address: Ship the item to the provided address with the RMA label. Use a trackable shipping method for your protection.

Refunds

  • Upon receiving and inspecting your item, we will inform you of the refund decision.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 45 business days.
  • Note: Refund processing times may vary by payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • Check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company and bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If after this you have not received your refund, please contact us at helpdesk@huboftechgear.com.
