2. Returns & Exchanges Guidelines

• Items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of receipt.

✅ Condition

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all tags and packaging.

✅ Proof of Purchase

• A valid receipt or order confirmation email is required to complete any return or exchange.

🔄 Return Instructions:

1. Contact us at helpdesk@huboftechgear.com or use our chatbot to initiate the return.
2. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and vendor-specific instructions.
3. Securely pack your item (preferably in its original packaging).
4. Ship using a trackable method with the RMA label to the vendor’s return address.

✈️ International Returns:

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or local fees.
• Clearly mark your package as “Returned Merchandise” to avoid additional import charges.

4. Refunds

💰 Standard Refunds:

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, you’ll be notified about the refund decision.
• If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 4–5 business days.
• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

💸 Partial Refunds May Apply If:

• The returned item is used, damaged, or missing parts not due to seller error
• The return is initiated after 30 days from the delivery date
